Sports and Fitness (1st & 2nd Grade)
10:00am-11:00am Wednesdays (4 min; 8 max) $225 fall session/$250 spring session
Students learn the importance of physical activity and healthy nutrition. One hour of fun with walking, running, hopping, jumping, leaping, galloping, sliding, skipping, dodging, landing, turning, and side-stepping. Students will start to become aware of their own personal space and learn to respect that of others. Food nutrition will also be incorporated as we learn to make healthy snacks!
