Kate just completed 11th grade at Wakeland High School in Frisco ISD.

I want to be a Youth Facilitator because I enjoy working with younger students and helping them feel confident, supported, and included. Lone Star Leadership Academy had a positive impact on me, and I want to give back by being a role model and mentor to students who are having that same experience. As a Youth Facilitator, I hope to encourage younger students to step outside their comfort zones, work as a team, and believe in their leadership potential.
