Leaders in Action is an exclusive online monthly leadership development program for students nominated by an educator for the Lone Star Leader award. The program helps students build character and develop essential leadership skills to succeed and lead in the future.
Each month, participants strengthen a key leadership skill that connects to a positive character trait great leaders demonstrate—based on the LEADER and ACTION acronyms.
Through interactive online lessons, real-world connections, and reflective activities, students build the character, confidence, and skills to become impactful leaders at school, in their communities, and beyond.
