Niomi just completed 10th grade at Oak Ridge High School in Conroe ISD.

I want to be a Youth Facilitator because I enjoy working with other kids and helping them build confidence in themselves. This program has shown me how much positive leadership and a supportive environment can impact others, and I want to help create that experience for future campers. I enjoy encouraging others to try new things, feel included, and step out of their comfort zones. I also believe this role will help me continue to grow as a leader while giving back to a program that has positively impacted me.
