Franciska just completed 9th grade at Lamar High school in Houston ISD.

I want to be a Youth Facilitator because, when I was a camper, the Youth Facilitators always made camp fun and had such a positive impact on my experience. They encouraged me, made me feel welcome, and eventually felt like friends to all of the campers.

The Youth Facilitators played a huge role in making my experience so meaningful, and now I want to have that same impact on another camper. I want to help create a positive, memorable experience for other students and be part of the reason they make the same lifelong memories and friendships that I did.
