Phoebe just completed 7th grade at Barwise Middle School in Wichita Falls ISD and is a 2nd year Alumni Council member.

I have learned so much from the Lone Star Leadership camp and have grown as a leader through the program. I want to help and inspire a younger generation of leaders.
