Simran just completed 9th grade at Cy-Fair High School in Cypress-Fairbanks ISD and is a 1st year Alumni Council member.

I want to be a Youth Facilitator because I enjoy mentoring others and fostering leadership skills in younger students. Having attended the Lone Star Leadership Academy, I understand the value of collaboration, communication, and confidence in leadership. As a facilitator, I would help create an engaging and supportive environment where students can grow, just as I did. Additionally, this role aligns with my passion for guiding discussions, organizing activities, and encouraging others to step into leadership roles.
