Ryder just completed 11th grade at Dripping Springs High School in Dripping Springs ISD and is a 3rd year Alumni Council member.

The initial reason I wanted to become a Youth Facilitator was because of my friend. She was a Youth Facilitator one year and seemed to have a lot of fun. What was even cooler were the little things like getting her food first and allowed to have soda; which to a 13-year-old was everything. Looking back, however, the biggest reason for wanting to become a Youth Facilitator is the positive impact you have on the campers and being a valuable member of the team.
