Collin is a 10th grader in Round Rock ISD. Collin is a Youth Facilitator because it allows him to get a different view on leadership skills by teaching skills to campers. Also, it helps him gain skills to be a good leadership example to his peers. Collin believes being a Youth Facilitator is a high honor at this stage in his life and will be beneficial to not only his leadership skills, but to his peers as well.
