Michael Benson earned his degree in Mass Communications from Texas State University in 2005. He became a certified teacher in 2007 in San Antonio where he taught for 10 years. Michael teaches fifth grade reading and qriting at Parkwood Hill Intermediate in Keller ISD. Michael works as a director for Education in Action because he enjoys continuing to work with students during the summer break and loves seeing students experience new opportunities. He feels that students' minds and personalities are enhanced when they are given the chance to venture out into unknown territory and delve into new things.
